Business & Planning Analyst 3\4
Initiate and conduct analysis of international accounting requirements and identify associated issues, risks and opportunities. Facilitate issue resolution between business units and finance system applications, and or between business units regarding changes to business processes to reach a common approach. Use system expertise to drive set up of business unit specific international finance system configuration to include test and production environments. Assists customers with documentation of system configuration and associated business processes. Acts as liaison between Finance Systems Integration test team and business units to communicate schedule activities and status. Coordinate the development of test scripts and execution of unit testing. Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions. Leads and integrates the collection and documentation of requirements for training, processes and new tool development. Supports the development, review, analysis and reporting of cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines and variance analyses. Works under general to minimal direction. Must possess excellent organization, communication and teaming skills as well as the ability to identify and resolve problems. Knowledge of and or experience with Oracle Ebusiness, international accounting rules and the processes and systems used in the international finance system implementations preferred.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
