Seeking a Business Process Analyst This is an exciting opportunity for you to assist the government with defining, analyzing and evaluating a new government automated contract/financial management system features and capabilities and correlate them into the current JITC business model. Assist with defining and analyzing the capability gaps and propose new business processes. Assist with developing a cohesive integration strategy that best supports the migration of existing government financial and accounting tools into the new system. Assist with development of an implementation plan. Develop and deliver briefings to high level management. Assist with the development of/and execution of a training program for the new system.
Qualifications are: * Bachelors Degree in business or accounting * 8 or more years experience as a business analyst or related area * Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills * Highly motivated self-starter * Strong multitasking abilities * Clear understanding of financial business processes * Ability to develop and present detailed briefings to upper management * Willingness to travel for business meetings * Able to acquire a Secret Security clearance within 90 days of employment
Nice to have: * Understanding of military/government business processes and terminology * Experience with government contracting and business processes * Current active Secret clearance Security Clearance Required.
