Description: * The Process Engineer is the subject matter expert in process analysis and re-design utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods to improve healthcare processes leveraging technology investments * The individual successful in this position will be a strong communicator that is self-motivated and results-driven * The person in this position will take the lead in developing measurement strategies, management reporting systems, auditing processes, and provide consulting assistance when necessary * A Process Engineer can advance through the two defined levels of this job category; to advance, an employee must demonstrate increased education, skills, knowledge, and abilities in order to assume the increased responsibilities and accountabilities of the designated level * You will be leading and/or assisting in the development of strategic plans, annual operating plans, business plans, and market and environmental assessments; facilitating project management governance from the business-decision stage to final implementation and benefits gathering, deployment of effective process improvement, and change management strategies as well as execute projects throughout multiple regions * There will be a large component of analysis for this particular project in order to gather requirements, document 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' through multiple regions, and compare / analyze results * The ideal person will have strong organizational development skills and be comfortable to present results and project plans to Executive Management and all levels of staff
