Position Profile
An exciting new opportunity for a Change Management Business Process Training Manager to drive business process and system change with educational solutions to support the global implementation of a new Digital ecommerce Marketing technology platform and other large programs.

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Training Manager to join a Change Management Practice to serve in a critical change leadership role, who will work with technical and business teams to implement programs and achieve their goals.

Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate business process mapping of the current state processes and future state processes and or engineering new processes. Lead process and role map engineering / re-engineering, and a detailed executable plan to transition for the future state. Develop training/learning strategy, plans and materials working in collaboration with the internal Learning organization to ready stakeholders. Assess the impact of business process and technology changes on the organization structure, roles/jobs, and skill sets. Create and manage detailed change management project plan supporting the technology and process changes. Work with the project team to integrate the change management activities into the overall project plans. Conduct learning readiness assessments; evaluate results and present concrete recommendations for action. Be an active, positive and visible coach for change helping people understand and align to the change. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop and execute corrective actions while, at all times, being a positive motivator and enabler. Create, collaborate, and manage measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of individual changes, and make recommendations to remediate any variances to targets. Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, and Training Design Development or similar fields. 5+ years experience in providing organizational change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects. Experience with change management methods and tools especially business. process mapping tools, and training development. Highly proficient in written and oral. Strong Project Management skills. Must be available for minimal travel. Highly motivated, energetic and dynamic presence. Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization Excellent and active listening skills. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong analytic and decision making skills. Superior facilitation and collaboration skills. Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to effectively defuse and resolve conflicts. E-commerce/Digital Marketing experience a plus.
