JOB SUMMARY:Performthe more complex accounting activities associated with maintaining all LincÒcomputer software functions. Manage the data input and output functions to provide timely and accurate financial reports, payroll, billing, collection, payables and cash management.
Essential Functions:
* Maintain Linc ServiceâDivision, general and cost accounting records that will conform with generally accepted accounting practice, Lincâstandards that will furnish adequate, competent information to meet reporting and statistical needs of the operating unit and the company. * Prepare, interpret and issue reports of financial position, income and expense and other appropriate accounting, cost information and analytical reports. * Issue confidential payrolls and pay as due, all properly authorized obligations of the company. * Train, direct and evaluate staff in the effective application of credit and collections policy. Assess degree of risk. Approve new accounts according to credit policy. * Allocate general expenses and costs incurred on behalf of the company on a reasonable and equitable basis and in accordance with stated policies and the operating plan. * Manage the data processing function. Assure that all data is processed accurately and within agreed upon schedules. * Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your manager. These special projects, at the determination of your manager, may or may not become part of this position’s primary responsibilities. Our Company
