Job Description:

Call Center Sales Representative

We are seeking customer sales representatives to join our team. This role will assist customers with phone sales, product questions and issues when they call into our toll-free phone number; email us; or utilize social media to ask question. This position is in a fast-paced call center environment and in an effort to provide our customers with optimal service, schedule realignments will occur throughout the year that may include evenings, nights, weekends and some holidays.
Principle Responsibilities:
· Applying sales process and selling techniques to a phone sales environment to achieve productivity, increase revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.

· Assisting prospective and current customers in selecting and sell the most appropriate products and services to meet their needs.

· Answer customer questions. Questions may be about product knowledge, tea benefits or even how to utilize certain products.

· Cross sell and up-sell products and services.

· Attentively and courteously manage customer interactions.

· Conduct oneself in a professional manner and use proper etiquette and language at all times

· Accurately process customer transactions.

· Respond to email inquiries. Quickly respond to emails with customer questions or by forwarding them to the appropriate person to respond.

· Engage social media comments. If customers ask questions on Facebook, Twitter or blogs, respond with a positive, enthusiastic response.

· Maintain established department performance standards.

· Comply with customer service standards and expectations.

· Use established resources to effectively provide customer assistance.

· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Education:
· College degree or equivalent experience
Positions Requirements:
· A minimum of one (1) year previous customer service or sales experience.

· Demonstrate sales and service skills.

· Strong communication (written, verbal, and listening), decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· A positive approach to customer service and sales.

· Achieve expected sales and service standards.

· Understanding of email and social media etiquette.

· Positive personality and enthusiastic about Teavana.

· Willingness to constantly learn and develop.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Must be able to learn quickly and keep current on Teavanaa??s products and policies.

· Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and technical competency using multiple software applications and procedures.

· Good typing skills (30 words per minute).

· Must be able to work flexible schedule.

· Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous call center/contact center experience.

· Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
