Job Description:

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for general administration of the campus recruiting process and associated tasks. This position requires a high degree of technical knowledge (particularly Microsoft Excel), organization and initiative, strong attention to detail and a client service focus. This person will report to the National Campus Recruiting Manager.

Job Details:
* Coordinate all logistics for on campus and office interview days and any other special events as assigned
* Maintain metrics reports
* Responsible for being the point of contact to maintain Campus Recruiting mailbox and monthly updates on annual new Analyst hires Facebook page
* Responsible for candidate file maintenance
* Track candidates in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) through the interview process
* Create and process offer letters and new hire paperwork for campus new hires
* Conduct all required follow-up to facilitate on-boarding process for campus new hires (including background checks and degree verifications)
* Monitor and process candidate expense reimbursements and ensure appropriate follow-up with candidates, prepare and track accounts payable vouchers for payment
* Monthly reconciliation of AMEX ghost card account
* Assist with oversight of summer internship program logistics such as social events, performance feedback and community services activities
* Flexibility to work overtime during busy seasons
* Responsible for ordering campus giveaways and materials
* Package, ship and track materials for campus events
* Provide timely correspondence to all employees who refer candidates through each step of the process, when requested
* Assist Campus Team with special projects as needed
Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree required
* 1+ years of experience in a client facing support position, preferably in a Human Resources or a Recruiting wledge and/or experience in a professional services firm is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel regionally; working evenings and weekends as necessary
* Demonstrated ability to manage/support multiple tasks and team members
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work independently
* Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated initiative, dependability and team work ethic
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
