Job Description CAS is seeking a temporary Logistics Analyst who will be part of a team of analysts as they implement a total life cycle logistics management approach to achieve performance and sustainment requirements for a major commercial off the shelf and government off the shelf system being deployed into the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility. Candidate will ensure the planning, execution and continuous improvement of all integrated logistic support (ILS) requirements; direct development and execution of the system supportability strategy; monitor the CLS program to ensure operational availability of fielded systems; development and update of ILS documentation and Logistics input to program documentation; development and execution of training strategy to include training documentation. Will ensure the system meets the requirements for an urgent material release; Development budget estimates and ROM inputs; Development Statement of Work (SOW); Identify and track logistics issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with Unit leadership as required ensuring system operational availability. Provide customer interface on program performance, cost, delivery schedules and all tasks related to Logistics. Maintain responsibility over all correspondence, charts, and presentations to the customer related to Logistics. Will interact daily with functional peer groups. Demonstrated experience in development and execution of contractor logistics support (CLS) and CLS databases; Logistics analysis and logistics management information; Development of ILS documentation and staffing procedures. Candidate should be familiar with AR 700-127 Integrated Logistics Support, AR 700-142 Type Classification, Materiel release, Fielding and Transfer, AR 700-138 Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability, AR 750-1 Army Materiel Maintenance Policy, AR 70-1 Army Acquisition Policy, AR 750-10 Army Modification Program, materiel fielding documentation and total package fielding execution, development of training materials and training execution & analyzing and resolving field problems. Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance which requires US citizenship.
