CFO / Controller
A premier Eastern Shore manufacturer is seeking a CFO / Controller to join their executive management team. The CFO / Controller will lead a small accounting team for all accounting operations, head billing efforts, do all general ledger work up to month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting, as well as work closely with shipping, purchasing, and other divisions to create greater efficiencies and cut costs throughout the organization. The candidate must have a degree in accounting, 7+ years of progressive experience in an accounting leadership position in a manufacturing environment, exceptional communication skills that allow for building strong rapport throughout all levels in the organization and with clients in all circumstances, strong computer skills including MS Excel and data extraction for report writing, and a strategic focus to increase efficiencies and cut costs through planning and execution of those plans. A CPA and MAS 200 & Crystal Reports experience is highly preferred. Please send your resume to .
