A local Bank based in Honolulu is seeking a CFO. The CFO will be responsible for overall financial reporting of the bank. The CFO will also be responsible for supervision of finance, accounting and treasury functions as well as supervising branch & operations managers. Other responsibilities will include the review and/or establishment of internal controls, liquidity management and asset liability management of the bank to enhance yield and manage interest rate risks etc.

Experience: The ideal candidates would have a minimum 10 years of banking experience with 5 years as controller or CFO. Prior experience with BSA and other regulatory compliance requirements would be a plus.
