Our client, a leader in their industry is currently looking for a hands on CFO to lead their accounting and finance team. This person will work directly with the owners and must be able to both see the big picture, implement strategy and delegate and mentor a staff. The main areas of responsibility are management and external financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting and managing the banking relationships. Required for the position are your bachelor's degree, 15+ years of progressive experience with 5+ in a Controller/CFO role, 5+ years of recent manufacturing experience and experience working with Asia.
