Chief Lending Officer
Plan, coordinate and direct the lending activities of the Bank in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures, internal and external audit requirements, federal regulations and compliance standards with an adherence to deadlines• Collaborate with Senior management to formulate corporate short/long term lending goals, strategies and policies • Develop and recommend loan products to address community needs, Bank objectives and strategic plan • Initiate and oversee all required action to ensure the quality and profitability of the Bank’s loan portfolio • Oversee regulatory lending related matters and reporting, internal and external audits, and loan reviews

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of seven years experience in lending, credit or related areas Minimum seven years experience in Management Proficiency in Windows and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:Must have excellent knowledge of Fairfield County
