Client Executive
Drive business development efforts with primary emphasis on sales execution, revenue and profitability generation, strategic client management, C-suite penetration and impact, and ability to close high impact strategic consulting projects. Lead the sale of products and services in their respective accounts and will act as C-suite point of contact, while partnering across Stryker to ensure the products and services we deliver meet the strategic objectives of the hospital.
Qualifications/Work Experience
• 10 years of demonstrated success in sales/business development roles with 7 years of consultative/solution-based selling in the healthcare environment • 5 years account management experience, managing relationships with senior client executives through the implementation phases of major change programs, preferably in a healthcare environment • Demonstrated experience developing strong executive client relationships and navigating complex political environments • Ability to conceptualize and solve business problems quickly in wide range of business models and industries • Demonstrated ability to engage operational leaders within a client environment to discuss opportunities for technology to drive business improvement • Demonstrated communications skills (presentation, written and verbal) • Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Education and/or Special Training
4 year college degree from an accredited institution Masters degree in Business Administration desirable
