The Client Service Coordinator works directly with the CGI client on the client site supporting the onboarding of new client resources and new suppliers ensuring provisioning of new services and appropriate access levels / permissions and procedures are coordinated. You will function as the liaison between CGI's internal Service Delivery Teams and the client. You will be accountable to ensure appropriate delivery of services, provide solutions to escalated requests and act as the customer advocate with CGI.
Responsibilities
? Follow/track new employee onboarding requests with BA Office Coordinator(s) from an "end to end" perspective ? Maintain "New Employee Onboarding" file to track IT requests on a daily basis ? Participate in weekly meeting with Office Coordinator(s) to discuss recent and future employee onboarding events ? Help Assistants / Office Coordinators with IT requests (How To) ? Facilitate information exchange between requestors and IT delivery teams ? Help new employees/suppliers access client IT systems (How To Technical Support) ? Identify service improvement opportunities

Qualifications
? 2-5+ years experience in operational and technical support and administrative positions ? Project Coordination and/or Management skills ? Experience supporting service requests related to technology (eg. Network, Telephony, Desktop) ? Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint ? Familiarity with SLA (Service Level Agreements) ? Excellent oral and written communication skills in both business and technical environments ? Post secondary education or equivalent experience

? A strong orientation to customer service ? Self Starter and initiative ? Excellent organization skills and ability to work with multiple priorities ? Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Nice To Have
