Client Service Representative
As a Client Service Representative in the Client Service Unit, you will be the central point of contact for top tier Investment Managers. This requires the following skills: Researching Events, Analyzing events for risk and special requirements; and Resolving inquiries within established department standards. You must be able to navigate and manage how events interact with other department functions. You must be able to communicate effectively with Investment Advisors, Internal Service Partners, and Fund Accounting. You also need the ability to identify recurring service problems and work with internal colleagues to achieve a "win/win" for both the company and the client. In this position, you must be able to work well with Internal Service Partners to achieve 100% client reference-ability.
