The Grand Rapids branch of a well-respected international brokerage firm is searching for a full-time permanent Compliance Specialist within their Law and Regulation team. This will likely be a second shift position to correspond with international offices. In this role you will assist in keeping company licenses, policies, and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Candidates must possess the knowledge needed to ensure that the day-to-day dealings with customers, referring parties, and trading agents are all in compliance with federal, state, and local laws in all jurisdictions in which the company does business. The ideal Compliance Specialist will be comfortable working with minimal oversight, will be extremely detail-oriented, and will have exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills.
