Contract Media Production Specialist
The Specialist, Media Production partners with the Senior Manager to provide -hands on- management for the production of print marketing materials for the brand. This position oversees the mailer, gift card and the sign production process from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality, production ready materials on time and within budget.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creates production ready mechanicals to release to the printer for in store signage - Responsible for overseeing press runs and the print quality for every mailer. - Assists senior manager with communication flow from NY creative to the printer, ensuring all specifications are met. - Cultivates relationships with vendors, including but not limited to, re-touchers and printers. - Assists senior managers to create schedules for In-Store Media printing production through to delivery. - Communicates to vendors with technically engineered specs, so that the most cost efficient production methods are used at all times, and meets the requests of the NY Creative Team. - Manages sign library to ensure accuracy. - Manages store marketing hotline to ensure all marketing materials are available in all stores despite damages or missing deliveries. - Assists with meeting preparation, which may require printing of assets and creating presentation boards. - Develops mock-ups for such items as gift cards, boxes and mailers. - Traffics all point of sale assets to cross-functional partners for approval. - Domestic travel as required.
