Robert Half is assisting our Birmingham, AL client to place a Corporate Controller. The Corporate Controller will report to the Director of Finance and will supervise a team of 6-7 support personnel. The Corporate Controller's role will be very hands on at a process level, including, but not limited to: review/approval of routine journal entries, supervising the workflow of daily/monthly accounting functions, processing monthly/year end closes, variance analysis, operational analysis, preparing financial statements and additional duties to support the Director of Finance.
