Job Description : Manage general finance and accounting functions and the preparation of reports and KPI's reflecting sale, profits, earnings, cash balances and other financial results. Provide management with accurate analysis of business operations and reliable information needed to evaluate new business opportunities. Ensure accuracy, integrity and completemess of financial reqporting requirements. Manage the exchange of accurate financial data with corporate for reporting. Evaluate data, devevlop financial plans and present solutions to problems for ehich there is no established approach. Establishreporting routines with PFNA JV for the accurate exchange of information. Prepare monthly business reports and other reports as required including any analyses requested by Bosch management. Analyze actual vs budget and prior year performance and explain variances. Prepare annual business plan according to Bosch internal reporting practices. Prepare financial portion of Filter strategic plan. Manage GTN process and report to management. Validate monthly sales forecast with sales and marketing. Provide monthly customer and product line sales and profit analysis. Expense analysis. Support monthly and year end closing and forecasting process. Direct studies and analyses of a broad nature affecting various phases of business. Ad hoc reporting Job Requirements : Bachelors in finance, accounting or equivalent: CPA or MBA a plus. 8 years financial analysis experience with an emphasis on analysis and financial control and business planning. Demonstrated managerial experience. Through knowledge of financial analysis and accounting proceedures. Excellent oral, written and verbal skills. Excellent computer skill, report generation and statistical computation. Knowledge of consumer markets. A change agent. Self starter
