Large international organization in Anne Arundel County is looking to hire a strong corporate controller due to the substantial growth within the business. This organization is extremely exciting and offers the casual environment found in most small businesses, with the fast pace and benefits of a large company. Controller will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the owner. The Controller will be managing the day to day financials including oversight of the international operations and subsidiaries. It is extremely important for this person to have solid consolidations experience as this is a dynamic organization with multiple entities. International experience is a huge plus especially within the understanding of foreign currency exchange and working with staff that is not on site in corporate. The controller will also have the opportunity and MUST be open to about 20% travel internationally. I am looking for a strong controller that is both technically strong within accounting but also can be dynamic and able to change focus quickly as new things come up. I can't stress enough how amazing this opportunity is for the right candidate. Great exposure and working for a great CFO and an ability to guide this new role how you wish to a large extent.
