Division Controller
Medium sized Milwaukee area manufacturing firm is looking for an experienced Controller to lead their highest performing division. Company is centrally located in the metro area, has fantastic benefits, a strong pension and 401k match, and a strong bonus opportunity that paid over 100% in 2011. This high profile position will report directly to the Division Vice President with a dotted line to the CFO.
Position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial statement preparation and collaborating with upper management in the strategic decision making process. With financial oversight for three operating facilities, qualified candidates must have the ability to create efficiencies, improve processes, present to upper management and provide strong analytical support to internal business partners. Successful candidates must be able to see the big picture and not be afraid to role up their sleeves on the day to day close process.
Qualifications
* 4 year, Bachelors degree with an Accounting Major
* Minimum of 8 years of hand on Accounting experience with 3+ years managing a team.
* Strong manufacturing experience with some exposure to cost accounting is essential.
