COORDINATOR, CREATIVE SERVICES, APPAREL SHOWROOMS
Collaborate on a regular basis with Managers, ector of Creative Services and Construction partners in regards to creative and aesthetic executions: including, showroom and set building, window installations, painting, wallpaper, floor coverings, showroom lighting, rigging, decorative elements and schedules. Maintain daily walkthroughs of showrooms. Maintain showrooms: repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative product when necessary. Utilize SAP and Lowery Asset Control System and conduct warehouse pulls when ordering props and other decorative items for various projects. Create purchase orders and partner with finance and follow through when ordering Maintain daily contact with Managers and Director of Creative Services to source and procure props and crucial materials, fabrics, inspiration, furniture, artwork, framing, decorative elements efficiently and cost effectively. Maintain rolling calendar of meetings and shipping/receiving. Execute on-site prop and decorative placement and styling. Effectively communicate and be point person with support staff (carpenters, painters, vendors, trucking, building management) during installations. Routinely research and identify new decorative and construction resources, including vendors and products in order to further diversify Polo's presentations.
