A fast growing, exciting medical device company located in Boston is in search of a Corporate Controller. This is an incredible opportunity to get into a successful, well established, early stage company. The Controller will have a small staff and be responsible for all aspects of the companys accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, compliance, cash flow planning, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month/year end closing, and consolidation of financial statements for foreign subsidiaries. Eligible candidates will have Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA is only a plus, and 5+ years of accounting experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is preferred. A candidate for the Controller position must have superior communication, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving and people skills.
