Corporate Lead Executive - Aberdeen, MD
The Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for Aberdeen is the company's senior executive for the region, representing all sectors and all business activities within those sectors. The CLE responds to and represents Northrop Grumman to our customer base and to our peer industry partners/competitors and to all other smaller business leaders in the region. Identifies and supports new business opportunities with customers and potential teammates. Participation in weekly Integrated Customer Team (ICT) meetings, executes management activities, and manages assigned budgets will be required. They will act as the NGC face to the community and work with other community leaders in support of economic development activities as well as local community service and philanthropy activities. The CLE will maintain direct liaison with United States Communications Command (US CECOM). They will also be responsible for strategy planning to capture significant business share for NGC.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline from an accredited educational institution with 20 years of military experience at a senior level (O-6 or above). The selected candidate must be well networked within the Army community and US CECOM. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are required. Active or transferable Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required. This work location for this position will be Aberdeen, MD.
