Corporate Trainer - Austin, Texas
JOB DESCRIPTION
Technisource has an immediate need for a Corporate Trainer for a long term temporary opportunity in Austin, Texas with potential to move to full - time.
Responsibilities: · Learn complex topics and systems quickly so that one could assess, develop, redesign and/or deliver training modules based on training priorities. · Effectively communicate course content to participants for in person classroom training · Participant in team meetings in a collaborative process to discuss training needs. · Serve as a professional business partner to our internal clients.
Required Skills: * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn material and/or systems. * Demonstrated ability to interface well with people, communicates effectively, and train on a variety of topics. * Experience providing training in lending, sales, banking, customer service, collections or other financial services industries for financial driven training content * Experience providing training for call center based topics/skills * Experience using Captivate. * Demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload and aggressive schedules to prioritize and meet deadlines. * Self-motivated with solid organizational and administrative skills * Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook) and experience using learning development technologies. * Experience using overhead projector, computer, and web cast or live meeting applications. * Knowledge of adult learning principals, the ADDIE model, and a basic understanding how training is directly related to Knowledge, Skills, and Assessments. * Ability to work independently and in teams with minimal supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: + 5 years classroom training/facilitation + Hands on Captivate experience + Experience providing training for financial services companies or financial call centers + Experience providing training for financial services topics + 5 years curriculum development + Excellent presentation and communication skills + Experience providing training for mortgage related topics a big plus
