CREATIVE PRESENTATION WINDOWS PRODUCTION MANAGER
Supervise window design execution and installation for all NY stores, including: construction of window-sets, sourcing relevant materials, on-site props handling and prop placement (8 times or more per year in 888/867/boys/baby). Coordinate all elements set and production elements needed for build out of seasonal window installation strategy. Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors and contractors; ensure that these provide yearly certificates of insurance and contracts to the Risk Management team. On a weekly basis, update and manage the visual calendar. Set and maintain deadlines for progress. Point of view shoot; schedule the photographer, facilitate and coordinate the shoot from beginning to end. manage the overall windows budget line items for all NY installations. Order and track production samples approvals. manage checkbooks and ensure that all installations stay on budget. Communicate on a regular basis with store line and product presentation partners to ensure that creative needs dovetail Handle all appropriate scheduling with LP and Storeline partners Research, identify and utilize multiple vendors and resources for production elements. Take responsibility for staying connected to the Corporate Office via the Team site, including updates to the directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries and buys. Know and be aware of creative competition, learn from what you see outside of your immediate environment and report back to management on observations and insights.
