Credit Representative
- Answer customer service calls including providing information on general account questions, resolving customer billing inquiries and/or web orders as well as follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction, etc. - Handle and/or process new accounts & credit authorization requests from store associates including processing new credit card applications and authorizing add-on credit sales - Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt service and follow-up - Assist with production of daily, weekly, and monthly reports - Complete other clerical duties such as updating/verifying customer account information, mailing letters, address changes, etc. - Assist on other duties based on business needs
