Major Job Duties Include: *Manage and drive cross selling in North America. *Work with cross divisional team to achieve cross selling sales goals. *Develop cross selling via customer presentations, trade show presence and sales force training. *Improve CS process by identifying new approaches such as focus on industry verticals (e.g. hotels, airports etc.) 1.) Operational: Organize and facilitate regular meetings of Cross Selling (CS) team Maintain/refine project database Monthly Reporting (to G5/PJ-CS, GB#s, RBNA/EC) Follow up of projects to ensure opportunities are realized Maintain/provide contact information. 2.) Promotion/Marketing: Prepare and implement CS support materials CS brochure Leaflets/promotional material Develop and execute tradeshow presence of CS effort at GB tradeshows Organize key customer events promoting CS opportunity (with GB#s) Key customer visits, incl. initial presentation of RB portfolio (supported by GB) CS promotion at GB sales force and customer events. 3.) Strategic: Analyze market and projects for CS opportunities Refine CS initiatives Verticals Expert team.
*Farmington Hills would be the preferred location for this position but not a requirement.
Minimum Job Requirements Include: *Sales /marketing, preferably Consumer Goods (PT, ST or TT background ideal) 3- 10 years of work experience. *Experience in customer presentations, trade show presence. *Willingness to travel (> 50% of time). *Excellent communicator. *Will work across divisions (TT, ST, SE, BSH, PT). *BA degree. *Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel. *Product knowledge in PT, ST, or TT space.
