We are currently looking for compassionate, caring experienced customer service call center reps. you will be working in the Default Prevention Call Center. You will be taking calls from students whose student loans are in default or close to being in default. You will be explaining to them the different programs that are available to them, different payment plans and counseling them on their financial obligations and options. This is NOT A COLLECTIONS POSITION.
We are looking for candidates that * Show initiative * Have good job stability (no job hoppers) * Have good follow up and follow through skills * Must be flexible and a team player * Must have a desire to help the students Requirements
