CSR Team Sales
Develop a proactive relationship with adidas -Team Customers- by accurately responding to inquiries, processing and following-up on orders, and handling complaints
Key Responsibilities:
- Represents the Company accurately, communicating effectively with customers and the sales force regarding the adidas product line, current promotional programs, -division deals-, policies and procedures. - Understands and implements seasonal programs and incentives set up for team dealers. - Processes work, in a timely manner, through the Document Management System (DMS), while supporting the CS Department efforts toward a predominantly -paperless- work environment. - Receives and enters all phoned and written orders for Team Sales including high schools, colleges and leagues. - Responds to inquiries regarding product, availability and substitutions in a professional and accurate manner.
