HOURS: 40 hours/week. Shifts vary between 7am – 9pm; some Saturdays required.
We are looking for 2 experienced Customer Service/Collections Reps for a great chance to work with an expanding company with an opportunity for growth!Your duties will include:
* Auditing accounts
* Preparing statements
* Calling clients regarding their current account statuses.
All call systems/processes are automated, and headsets are used for client qualify, you must have:
* Customer service experience
* Experience with collections, A/R or billing
* Good computer skills
* Experience using Excel 2007 & databases
* Strong communication & telephone skills
* Good, accurate data entry skills
* Ability to work Saturdays & varying hours
We are looking for someone with initiative, good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and work well independently.
