Customer Service Representative
A company located in Cleveland, OH (44130) is looking for a customer service representative. This company is a non-profit organization and would be for 25 hours a week. The position would start at 10 am and wrap up at 3:30 with a ½ hour lunch.
The name of the position is Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator, this is not a volunteer position that is just the title of the position. You will be recruiting volunteers for the companys lock-up program which is a fundraiser that is year round. You will be calling business and company leaders in the designated area and asking them to participate in their fundraiser.
They are looking for someone who is flexible, success driven, a self-starter with strong communication skills. Sales experience is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable on the telephone considering that is what they will be doing all day. This is very goal-oriented position and does require certain amount of calls a day.
This is a temporary assignment that has the potential to last for years if things work out but could only last for a season as well. This position can pay up to $10/hr based on experience and skill set. This position would not start until February but a group interview will take place at the end of January with the client.
