ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to explain services and products offered.
Become proficient with client programs and develop product knowledge.
Record and verify names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospective customers.
Enter orders into computer.
Maintain professional attire that adheres to APAC standards.
Follow company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

You should have completed at least two years of college. Customer service experience strongly desired.
You must have demonstrated computer skills/experience.
