Customer Service Representative
Research and respond to customer inquiries. Review and update customer records on computerized databases. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.
Utilize good written communication skills and problem solving ability. Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases will be utilized.
Hours will be 9:30am to 5:30pm during the week and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. There will be 2 days off per week; Sunday and one weekday. Work on Saturdays is required.
