Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to explain services and products offered. Become proficient with client programs and develop product knowledge. Record and verify names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospective customers. Enter orders into computer. Maintain professional attire that adheres to APAC standards. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
