Kapolei Storage Company is seeking a temporary-to-full-time Customer Service Specialist. Duties will include answering phones, forwarding calls to the proper parties, taking messages accurately, providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors and assigning security badges, creating client work orders, regularly updating delivery schedule reviewing daily with the Driver Coordinator or Director of Client Services, data entry, scanning, filing, maintaining logs, coordinating courier deliveries, processing incoming mail and delivery services (Fed Ex, UPS), ordering office supplies and overseeing maintenance of office equipment, processing both client and vendor invoices in a timely fashion and other general administrative tasks as needed.
