Title: Cyberoperations Intelligence Analyst Location: District of Columbia-Washington Key Role: Provide technical and regional analytic support with a focus on Russia and computer network operations for a national intelligence agency and the DoD computer network operations community. Conduct research and evaluate technical information and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and information warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures. Focus on providing an all-source intelligence picture to the DoD network operations community. Develop concepts, approaches, and strategies to support DoD agencies tasked with conducting computer network operations by providing quality intelligence preparation of the environment products. Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials. Develop and refine the daily operations of a growing DoD customer. This position is located in Washington, DC. Basic Qualifications: -Experience with gathering data, analyzing findings, and documenting results -Experience with writing information papers, providing document reviews, and preparing briefings for senior leadership -TS/SCI clearance required -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with computer network operations, information operations, and information warfare -Experience with online computer crime -Knowledge of the political, Military, economic, or cultural affairs of Russia -Knowledge of the Russian language with a DLPT rating of 3/3 or equivalent -Knowledge of concepts and applications in C4ISR and their tactical contribution to warfighting in all operating environments -Ability to analyze network events and determine their impact on current operations through all-source intelligence -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -MA or MS degree in a related field preferred
