Responsibilities: Summary: Supervises assigned data collection employees. Duty requires supervising data collection operations at one or multiple sites, performing quality control of collected data, meeting deadlines for data submission, and training data collection employees in data collection operations and procedures. Additionally, tracks data collection productivity and workflow, prepares and delivers briefings and reports, and coordinates for appropriate logistical support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manages data collection activities at one or multiple sites. * Performs quality control of collected data and forwards delivers required data in a timely manner. * Trains data collection employees on the data collection policies and procedures. * Maintains program liaison with local customer management. * Provides day-to-day administrative and technical direction to data collection personnel.
Additional Duties and Requirements: * Understands contents of the QinetiQ North America Employee's Manual, and corporate personnel policies and procedures. * Notifies the management of actual or potential problems concerning the data collection program. * Ensures procedures are in place to maintain timely flow of data whenever data collection personnel are absent. * Familiarity with AR 73-1 (Army Test and Evaluation Policy) as it relates to test data collection and Test Incident Reports is required. * Ensures data collection personnel maintain proficiency in data collection procedures in accordance with the training materials. * Reviews / edits all data collection personnel reports. * Demonstrates self discipline, motivation, and creativity in the performance of duties. * Must possess a valid driver’s license. * Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Directly supervises assigned data collection personnel at one or multiple locations. * Conducts data collection personnel counseling and prepares performance evaluations in accordance with corporate policy. * Tracks data collection personnel productivity and workflow. * Ensures compliance with data collection program directives. * Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and procedures including travel requests.

Education and/or Experience: l Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field and five (5) years army maintenance or data collection experience, or associate’s degree and five (5) years of army maintenance or data collection experience. l Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). l Capable of minor troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware / software. l Experience in the supervision and management of personnel. l Excellent oral and written communication skills. l Excellent customer service skills.
