Works closely with VP/Director/Sales Managers of Inside Sales Group to provide statistical and financial analyses. Analyze and expose risks and opportunities to the business by identifying customer purchasing trends and develop processes to track sales revenue results and sales reps performance measurements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze, develop and publish reports and recommendations to enhance the performance and productivity of sales centers on a national and local basis. * Perform ongoing analysis of business reports and sales functions, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Develop strategies for improving results. * Design and continuously improve the reporting and tracking process. Utilize software programs to develop system links and download processes for improved reporting efficiencies and statistics. * Assists with the development and monitoring of center and staff volume and margin goals * Develop financial measurement process to assist the VP/ Director / Center Managers in identifying profitability and efficiency improvements. * Develop and continuously improve the reporting and analysis process of customer buying cycle, customer account record management, and product evaluation. * Develop, prepare and analyze ISG budgets by account/location/ manager/channel * Interaction as a financial and reporting expert in meetings * Identify performance and statistical benchmarks determining standards and measurements evaluating effectiveness of process improvement, recognition, compensation and management reinforcement. * Responsible for product, Program and sales forecasting for the inside sales centers * Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Covers for Sales Manager when needed. Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS High proficiency in desktop software, including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Crystal Reports, Business Objects and Word required. Effective and professional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are critical. Able to effectively communicate business liabilities and results to all levels of management.
Required Experience
