Digital Operations Coordinator
Candidate will be expected to learn all aspects of the Digital-Wholesale business, and support all functions within Digital-Wholesale, including Strategy, Sales & Support, Marketing, and Operations. Candidate will act as primary point of contact for customers on all operations issues. Samples / Photography / Copy -Coordinate across all divisions to ensure a sample order is placed for each dotcom account -Track order progress; communicate order/delivery information regularly to internal teams and customer accounts; once sample orders have been consolidated ensure that entire PO ships together at once; make sure orders are received in full and verified by customer
