Direct Marketing Specialist
Ermenegildo Zegna, the luxury men's apparel company, is seeking a Direct Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the execution and deployment of all direct marketing campaigns for the US Retail Division. An important part of this role is to ensure all communications and processes adhere to our standards and guidelines and provide strategic direction on optimizing customer segmentation and marketing communications to increase response rates while building awareness and exposure as the leading luxury men's life style brand. Position is based out of our New York City Offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate tactical implementation of direct marketing campaigns for retail stores, and outlets including development of creative, list segmentation, production and fulfillment
- Conduct redemption analysis on marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to increase performance and optimize results
- Provide guidance on enhancing customer segmentation strategies to retain existing customers and drive new customers acquisitions
- Manage external vendors and internal teams to ensure cost efficiencies and maintain brand standards and campaign procedures
- Liaise with retail stores to develop local marketing activities, events and promotions that increase brand awareness and drives sales
- Assist in development and execution of local email marketing campaigns
- Partnering with the merchandise team, manage development of product marketing materials and collateral to support sales initiatives
