Reporting to the Corporate Controller, assuming this role, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: * Oversee GAAP compliance with worldwide corporate accounting policies, processes, and procedures * Assess the impact of new FASB, AICPA, and EITF rules and regulations on the company's financial position and financial statements * Manage a team of approximately 4 that is responsible for the corporate consolidation, legal entity reporting, maintaining the ledgers of 'corporate' entities and the annual audit * Ensure revenue accounting policies are documented and applied consistently on a world-wide basis * Oversee preparation of the quarterly and year-end financial reports to the Board, Private Equity Owners, Lenders, and others * Implement initiatives as needed to enhance control compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) including convergence standards under IFRS * Assist with M/A due diligence, integration; and oversee purchase accounting
