CMC Networks develops, delivers, and measures shopper and patient-driven engagements with more than 90M households and 130M patients. Media distribution channels include 50,000 food, drug and mass locations worldwide, including 18,000 US pharmacies. Company is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Position Highlights: A true thought-leader position. This individual will partner with existing Catalina account service teams to develop and pitch Catalina/Pointer Media Network as a better alternative to traditional media. Individual will work with current business directors to create new business pitches and presentations, meet with key executives within CPG clients and their top agencies, and ultimately, help manage campaigns going forward. More importantly, this individual will have the opportunity to take the largest database of CPG data and apply it as an emerging media tool for some of the largest CPG manufacturers and Advertising Agencies in the country. The successful individual will be the advertising and media center of expertise within the Company and will serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and refine go-to-market strategy to win new business from both Ad Agencies and CPG firms. 2. Act as advertising / media center of expertise within Catalina. 3. Serve as a key link between traditional advertising agencies, CPG clients, and Catalina. 4. Provide sales force with key learnings and results 5. Manage reporting on new product activity
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree required. MBA is desirable. Experience: Five to eight years experience in a traditional advertising agency or media agency. CPG experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills: . Strong knowledge of traditional advertising and/or media - - from strategy development, copy development, to media planning. . Ability to interact with all levels of management (board room to cubicle) . Proven track record of developing strong client and peer relationships . Ability to work without structure and make decisions of wide variety and complexity . Excellent presentation skills and ability to perform multi-media presentations . Organization and time management skills . Proficient with basic software packages (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Ability to influence people without direct management External Job Contacts: .
