Job Description:
SUMMARY: Responsible for achievement of revenue goals for specific accounts within a regional territory. The ability to effectively penetrate accounts along with developing and maintaining lasting business relationships with manufacturer clients and prospects makes for a successful Director. Integral in this position is the ability to design, present and manage programs that drive clients sales efficiently and effectively. Importantly, a successful DBD exhibits exceptional sales, marketing and analytical skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Achieve annual revenue goals for managed accounts.
* Renew over 85% of existing business each year.
* Develop business plan that strategically builds account revenue.
* Penetrate clients' headquarters and field organizations to develop strong business relationships and strategic alliances
* Account business management including program management, revenue forecasting, budget management and accounts receivable management.
* Develop outcome based program designs that achieve measurable success.
* Negotiate win-win solutions for client and Catalina SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:
