Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Director, Intelligence Strategies and Relations, Intelligence Community Programs, reports to the Vice President, Intelligence Programs, within the Government Relations organization. The Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with senior members of the Intelligence Community, with a special focus on the National Security Agency (NSA). The director will act as a Northrop Grumman principal strategic resource in support of ongoing programs, business development efforts, future corporate business ventures/programs, and program priorities within this customer community. The incumbent must maintain close working relationships with key Executive Branch officials, non-government officials, members of Congress, and congressional staff members to support corporate business programs and initiatives and to assist the government in their strategy development and program planning. The position is responsible for ensuring corporate-wide interfaces with the Executive Branch are managed, coordinated, and integrated to ensure clear and consistent messages are delivered and captured. The director will also closely coordinate activities with the Northrop Grumman lobbying organization to ensure initiatives are communicated clearly and consistently on the Hill. The director will maintain a current awareness of internal and external business areas within the Intelligence Community framework. No relocation assistance is available for this position.
Basic Qualifications: BS/BA Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 20 years of applicable experience is required. Extensive prior interface experience with the U. S. Intelligence Community is required. Candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree is desired. Prior business development, marketing, or line management experience is highly valued. Experience with the U. S. military is valuable but not required
