Job Description: SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Affinion is seeking an upbeat and results-oriented hunter who will be an integral member of our National Sales team, which is focused on our largest, most strategic prospective clients. This individual will be focused on winning deals for Affinion that generate 7-8 figure revenue with new affinity partners. The specific market assigned will be based on the individual's background and expertise, such as: Retail financial services (such as retail banks and personal lines insurers) Retailers, including brick-and-mortar and online Catalogers Travel Hospitality Entertainment Call Centers with B2C clients And other markets
The Director/VP Sales must have great interpersonal skills, tenacity, a strategic outlook on our solutions, and an outstanding ability to close deals. Responsibilities:
Identify new partnership opportunities for Affinion Prospect into prospective partner companies to uncover sales opportunity Work with selected brokers and other intermediaries to broaden our sales reach Develop new multi-channel distribution strategies for Affinion solutions Propose to prospects the best-fit Affinion solutions and right deal structure for each opportunity Develop business/ROI analysis to communicate our value to prospective partner Negotiate deals, obtain internal deal sign-off, and work with legal team to create contracts Win the business and transition relationship post-sale to relationship management team Maintain open flow of communication on prospective partner deals across internal departments, such as client management, product, partner marketing, and operations. Travel 15-25% of the time REQUIREMENTS
