Compass Medical is a physician owned healthcare company specializing in Primary Care (Internal and Family Medicine). We also offer various Ancillary Services, including: Urgent Care, Cardiology, Specialty Suite, Radiology, Laboratory, and Behavioral Health.
Compass Medical is expanding and is looking for talented and dedicated individuals to help achieve this level of expansion. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Executive Office , the Director of Ancillary Services and Facilities Management will be responsible to develop both the business and expansion of Compass Medical's health care destination facilities and their housed ancillary services. The visionary in this position will bring our services to the next level as Compass moves toward the patient centered medical home model, and expansion of our services in the community.
Some direct reports would be:
- Administrative Director of Urgent Care - Manager of Lab Services - Manager of Radiology Services - Manager of Cardiovascular Services Qualifications Candidates for this position will demonstrate effectiveness working collaboratively with a senior level management team in a large established physician's group.
With 5 or more years experience in senior level management, the candidate should also demonstrate the ability to capture and enhance ancillary utilization while increasing patient and physician satisfaction.
Candidates will have a Bachelor Degree in a related field, MA in Healthcare Administration preferred.
This is not an office management position. This is a senior management level position overseeing a few departments with departmental management direct reports. Also, this is not a Facilities management position, but does have a facilities management component. ______________________________________ All recruitment is conducted through the Business Office in East Bridgewater.
