Director of Campaign Operations
-Manage a team that leads projects from concept to fruition across all customer touch points including: advertising, promotions, traditional, digital and social media, loyalty programs, in-store environment/signage and more. -Oversee cross functional process management, including managing workflow from inception to execution while maximizing the team's productivity insuring the team is meeting all deadlines. -Establish department goals and develop strategies to support the Company's objectives -Provide direction and leadership in developing plans and practices to achieve goals -Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of the division's processes. -Partner with management and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans -Stay current on industry practices and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business -Develop and monitor department budget -Ensure alignment on priorities and direction by partnering with other groups and leaders
