Golden Gate Seminary is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Director of Development. The individual selected will be responsible for managing all fundraising activities including annual giving, planned giving/major gifts, and campaigns. Successful candidates will possess: a balance of fundraising and organizational skills; a passion for the mission of the Seminary; a minimum of three years of successful advancement/fundraising experience; excellent skills in public speaking, writing, and interpersonal competency; literacy with common computer programs as well as the ability to adapt to new systems. Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary is one of six denominational training centers with a mission to train and equip men and women for effective Christian ministry. It is among the ten largest ATS accredited institutions in North America and operates a multi-campus system with locations in major population centers of the west (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, and Portland).
