Director of Financial Reporting
The Director of Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for the Company's SEC reporting. The position will report to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for the following: * Company SEC 10-K's and 10-Q's, and 8-K's according to US GAAP standards * Actively participate in the Company's SEC registration processes * Provide oversight to the Company's quarterly process for the preparation and issuance of the quarterly financial statements * Provide accounting guidance for complex and evolving transactions * Develop and document accounting policies and procedures * Research and analyze complex technical accounting issues * Communicate pertinent information to internal parties and external auditors * Supervise and mentor staff
